Wild Turkey 17yr Master Barrel
The oldest bourbon Wild Turkey has released to date. The twist is that these barrels have been aged in three different warehouses: two wood warehouses, plus a warehouse made of stone. Color: A rich, golden medium amber. Intense caramel, blackberry, and vanilla ice cream. red berry and cinnamon notes supported by spicy oak. This spirit is dry as a bone.
Orphan Barrel Rhetoric 24yr
A 24yr old straight whiskey. Initial nose is of an old cigar box. Underneath the oak is baked apple, caramel, cinnamon, and dried orange.Orphan Barrel
Spicy and peppery due to the high percentage of rye in the mash. Aged 8yr with a golden color. Very smooth and mild, a great introductory bourbon for beginners.
Small batch inspired from over 150yrs ago. High quality rye, corn, barley malt and yeast. High in rye content creates a bold and spicy character. Smooth and clean finish.
4 to 7 year old whiskey. The mashbill is 95% rye - much higher than most standard rye whiskeys out there. It’s brisk, vibrant, and loaded with spice (crisp mint, warming cinnamon, cocoa, hint of anise). Fruit - ripe nectarine, apricot, golden raisin - drizzled with maple syrup. Dry oak rounds out the finish.
Is a "wheater" bourbon. "Wheater" means it’s made with wheat instead of rye in the mash bill. So it’s sweeter because of the flavors of cherry, vanilla, caramel and citrus. Oaky finish.
Dark amber with a chestnut cast. Molassas, butterscotch, pecan and dried tropical fruits. Overproof bourbon at 128 proof.
Jim Beam Distillery
Jim Beam Black

Jim Beam Devil’s Cut
When Whisk ey is aged some of the liquid in the barrels is lost to evaporation, this is called the Angel’s Share, but some soaks into the wood and stays there. Beam has coined this the Devil’s Cut; which is where the whiskey gets it name. So how does Jim Beam go about creating their Devil’s Cut? First they take barrels of whiskey that have been aged for at least 6 years, then take those barrels and heat them to basically "sweat" the barrels and extract the bourbon from the wood. Then they add the extract back into the previously dumped whiskey and bottle it as Devil's Cut. Notes of wood, leather, toffee, molasses and toasted nut. 100 proof.
Jim Beam Distillery
Small batch and redgold in color. T he nose is soft, with a hint of leather, honey and vanilla, and an undertone of smoke and maple syrup.
Woodford reserve: Note of cigar boxes and charcoal. Dark orange color. Vanilla, honey, toffee and flowers.

Tequila. H as triple distillation instead of the usual double distillation method. The palate is heavy on the vegetal agave notes, though notes of lemon and some ripe banana bubble up from beneath.
St Germain Elderflower
Elderflower liquor. The elderflowers from which St Germain is produced only appear for approximately 46 weeks in Spring. Silky smooth elderflower and sweetness A hint of citrus and nut offer a great complexity like a megamix of all the best bits of passionfruit, grapefruit, lemon, peach and pear, pulls off being both delicate and flavoursome at the same time.
What does it take to turn Jack Daniel’s into a Gentleman? Well for starters it gets a second sugar maple charcoal filtering... and that’s it. Jack Daniels gets its first sugar maple charcoal filtration right after it comes out of the still before it gets put into the barrel. Gentleman Jack gets a secondary filtration after it comes out of the barrel and is on it’s way to being bottled. The purpose is to remove any additional impurities, decrease the oakiness and further mellow and sweeten the whiskey. The result is quite noticeable.
Jack Daniels Single Barrel
Jack Daniels Single Barrel: Bottled from a single barrel hand selected by the master distiller. The nose is of good body with plenty of toasty oak, corn, lovely cereal sweetness, smoke, spice and toffee. The palate is full of cereal sweetness. The rye is in evidence with a touch of cigar box and nut oils, a little spice and an aniseed character. Finish w a hint of citrus and sweetness.
Scotch. R eally smoky and iodine rich. This has to be one of Scotland's most characterful drams. Laphroaig are known for their medicinal malts, and the classic 10 year old is no exception. This nose opens on big, smoky muscular peat notes. There are spices, and liquorice, as well as a big dose of salt. This whisky has the classic iodine/sticking plasters and cool wood smoke we love. The palate is Seaweedled, with a hint of vanilla ice cream. The oak is big and spices develop of cardamom/black pepper/chilli.
Single malt Scotch whiskey.I t is matured exclusively in exbourbon casks, which gives it delicate vanilla notes. Lightly colored. Nose is big on the heather and honey. Smells floral and peachy, almost like S t. Germain elderflower liqueur. Very perfumed and floral, even without water added to open it up. The water brings out some lemony notes. Body is creamy of Caramel praline ice cream developing into lavender and clover honey. Again, water emphasizes the lemon while also thinning the body. Finish is shortlived, but fades with dairy cream, salt water taffy, and honeycomb. Not very complex, but super tasty.
